Hello, I’m Claire offering Counselling and Psychotherapy at Talk Therapy Service. Sessions can be held by phone, online & in person at my Worcester based office.

I am an Accredited member and registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).

Using an integrative approach and working holistically with clients I often incorporate the psychological, physiological, spiritual and emotional aspects of the challenges experienced in being human. Encouraging greater self-awareness and facilitation of the release of tension caused by life’s struggles.

Support and encouragement are offered in a compassionate and non-judgemental way. The process of therapy can lead to new perspectives and self-awareness, this can be both exciting and scary so it’s important that you feel listened to, respected and understood.

Fully insured to practice as a Psychotherapist and Counsellor, I am also subscribed to the Disclosure and Barring Updates service and offer service to those aged 16 years upwards.

If you have any questions or are unsure about anything please contact me

Feel free to have a look around my site and I welcome feedback.

Your Counselling Journey to Wholeness Wholeness

I come from the era where it was advertised as “good to talk” but since then technology has by default made it more difficult and challenging to talk. My experience as a Youth Worker and Counsellor have shown me that people aren’t really talking about their feelings and stuff that really matters to them.

The technology that allows us to have a phone conversation all the time has in some cases created even more social isolation than ever before. Such isolation and loneliness can result in anxiety and depression.

Anti-depressants are given as cure rather than talk therapy and, whilst they can be enormously helpful, they are also masking underlying issues which I believe can be addressed and supported by Counselling and talk therapy.

I know it can take a lot of courage to ask for help so I will do what I can to help you to feel comfortable and answer any questions you have. Together, we can explore where you are now and where you would like to get to.

To help you I offer a free no-obligation phone consultation lasting 15 minutes. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions, decide what is right for you at this time and whether you’d like to work with me.
